The Tenants is a single-player property-management simulation about buying, renovating and renting homes. Players design apartments for different clients, screen potential tenants, negotiate leases and respond to everyday problems ranging from broken equipment to unhappy neighbors. As the business expands, new districts, larger properties and employees allow the player to build a broader rental empire while balancing profit, tenant satisfaction and property value.
