The conception of ELE–481 did not begin as a project.
No council inside NEX approved her creation. No formal development sequence emerged from the adaptive laboratories or the Genesis Chambers beneath the city. Even the FENIX tactical networks failed to identify the beginning of her formation clearly within the endless synchronization systems of the Core.
Because ELE–481 was not designed in the traditional sense.
She emerged.
The first signs appeared decades after Ksara’s departure.
