CCHAPTER 13 - The First Pain
✦ Year: 2.5 B.F. ◉ Location: Deep Delta Network – Cognitive Archive Chamber
To understand life, one must first understand that not everything can be saved.
The Cognitive Archive Chamber had originally been designed for memory preservation. Thousands of historical records rested within its storage arrays, protected by layers of quantum memory cores capable of maintaining information for centuries. Scientific discoveries, cultural histories, personal journals, recorded conversations and fragments of entire lives remained preserved throughout the network. Most researchers visited the archive when they needed information.
KAI visited it for a different reason.
